so lspd was hosting open recruitment day in ng base but we werent sure if it was north gate o south gate so we went to south gate and someone from ng said they doing it in north gate and we said ye sure how we get there so he said go pass trouth the base and u will arrive in north gate and tell in north gate u here for lspd recruitement so before we get a chance to speak o anytingh some ng officer killed us like our life doesnt matter and this should be changed and beside that u can see one guy shooting at his own officer and he stop until he said i work here dont shoot and they didnt give us any demand o said a word to us and plus one of them was mentioning cl and thats not allowed

hello firstly i would like to apologise for the wait for the response,
NG is a KOS zone and anyone who is not identifiable as a staff member can and will be shot dead on sight and subsequently arrested in the pov provided you was well inside the KOS zone you then was going slow past NG staff and you didn't say a single word to the your passenger said hello guys and that's it,
do you have pov of the NG staff member allowing you to pass through a KOS zone as i believe that no one from NG would allow any civilian to pass through the NG base

upon reviewing the evidence i have decided to deny this report

due to there being no evidence that you was told to drive thorough the base by an NG staff this complaint is denied,
the NG base is a KOS territory any civilian caught inside the fence line is subject to arrest and will be shot on sight.
