A few months ago, my PC was compromised by malicious files, and unfortunately, I was hacked. As a result, the attacker gained access to my personal information, including the login credentials for my Grand RP account.
Due to this, I have been unable to access my main account (ID: 341603). It appears that both the email and password may have been changed. I also tried logging into my twink account (ID: 351542), and while the password had not been changed, it now shows a security ban
I kindly request your help in recovering access to my main account and lifting the security ban on my twink account if possible. I genuinely enjoy playing on Grand RP — it’s my favorite server, and I miss being a part of the community.
