I Want to Apply for the Leadership Of San Andreas Highway Patrol
1) I want to Apply for the Leadership of SAHP Because I Believe that I have What it Takes to Be a Leader, I was the leader of SAHP Once before as well And i led a Very Strong Team with the most activity on that time, SAHP Was the Most Active Org During My Term! Many People are Ready To Vouch for that, But Due to some OOC issue with my PC.. I was Unable to Come in City for many days, Leading to Disbandment of My Term during 3rd Week.. Now I want And Lead the Org One more Time, This Time No issues will occur.
In short, I want to be a leader because i have led SAHP once and i want to do that Again.
2) Its been around 2 Years Since I have been with Grand RP, In all this Time i have Gained Enough Knowledge and Experience to lead an Organization Like SAHP. I have Different Strategies in my mind that i have observed during my time in Grand Rp from other Leaders And a Clear Goal to Lead a Term without any Warn. I have learn't a lot from the mistakes of Past Leaders, Including me From my Past Term. I want to increase the level of RP in City Using my Knowledge.
3) I have built a strong reputation in the community over time, both IC and OOC. Many members of the server, including Ex-HC and current org members, know me as someone who communicates well, handles pressure maturely, and treats teammates with respect. I believe in building a team that works together like a family, where every member feels valued and motivated to stay active. I plan to bring in experienced as well as new members to help them learn and improve their RP in this server.
- I will be Trying to Get the Hoodie so I shall be doing IC Events, That Will be a Great thing for the RP.
- I will Communicate and Teach my Employes More about the Ways of Doing RP.. I will be Telling them that There is a Lot they can do while following all the server rules.
- I will Be Guiding the members of My Org about the Meaning of Most Important Rules Like Mixing and MetaGaming.. They will be Aware of Such Things and that will lead to betterment of RP.
- I will Explain everyone that Not every situation needs to be action-based. More focus should be placed on everyday police duties like routine patrols, assisting civilians, and detailed crime scene investigations, rather than just responding to major crimes.
