This person is getting a pov from banned software and this is forbidden in this game, this person's voice is not heard, this means that she is using this obs in her own pov and this is forbidden, you cannot turn off your own voice in any way in programs that are allowed by the rules,and if you watch my pov you will see that her voice is coming out in the game

There is no such feature in the amd driver. You cannot turn off your own sound. If you try to turn off the sound, neither your sound nor the game's sound comes out in the amd software.

All recording software is allowed, the sound not being recorded simply means POV will usually be rejected. The rule was removed a few months ago.
