Hey there,
I'm writing to appeal the ban on my account, which was issued for account sharing. I want to clarify that I never shared my own account with anyone else. I understand that account sharing is against the rules, and I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding that led to this situation.
The reason for the situation, I believe, is that I initially started playing on my Rockstar Games account. However, I found it was too laggy, and to improve performance, I needed to install Redux, and it only can be done on Epic Games. To do this, I borrowed my brother's Epic Games account because he was only using his Steam account to play the game, and I mistakenly believed it was okay to use his Epic Games account since he wasn't actively using it for this specific game. I wasn't trying to circumvent any rules or gain an unfair advantage; I just genuinely wanted to keep playing on the server with better performance.
I've learned my lesson and now understand the importance of having my own dedicated account for all my gaming needs. If my ban can be lifted, I promise to adhere to all server rules moving forward and will ensure I'm playing solely on my own account.
To add on, I am appealing it only today because I just settled down after moving from Canada back to India.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
