I want to become a Gang Leader because I truly believe I’m ready to take on this responsibility. I've applied in the past and was rejected but I used that as motivation to grow. Since then, I’ve put serious effort into understanding server rules, sharpening my leadership skills, and becoming a more disciplined and immersive roleplayer.
I’ve been part of the gang lifestyle from the ground up from being a clapper, to leading turf takeovers, planning store hits, and mentoring new players. I’ve lived gang RP from every perspective. I know what makes a gang successful and what makes it stand out.
This time, I’m not just applying I’m claiming the position because I’m confident in my ability to lead. My goal is to shape Bloods into a dominant, disciplined, and respected gang that sets the standard for gang RP on the server.

Key targets include:
- Capturing and holding 60% of turfs within 2 weeks.
- Maintaining zero rule-breaks by keeping all actions IC and disciplined.
- Building strong IC alliances or rivalries to enhance gang RP.
- Establishing a training system for new members that ensures RP quality and loyalty.
- Creating a family-like bond in the gang, where every member has a purpose and path for growth.
3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization
To elevate RP in Bloods, I plan to:
- Recruit only serious and mature RP who understand and respect the server rules.
- Train members through immersive RP scenarios like hostage situations, turf takeovers, and heists.
- Host weekly RP sessions for in-character meetings, promotions, and disciplinary actions — no OOC interference.
- Strictly separate IC from OOC to keep immersion intact and avoid confusion.
- Launch unique RP missions and storylines, making our gang not just active, but legendary in its storytelling.
