So let me explain you in very short rp chat you can use for IC that mean Role play situation.. And non rp its an ooc.. Typed in Non Rp that not belong to RP so.. he is not talking while dead Read some rule and another thing you clearly intentionally did emote on his face to provoke him while he dead.. thats not allowed Read GR 6.8 thats all buddy read some rule before Talking.. have a good day !

I know the rules much better than you, you can be sure of that, no matter what, it is forbidden to talk while you are dead and saying see u in gov is a situation that will cause you to be punished. Also, the rule we call GR 6.8 means doing a dance that constitutes sexual harassment. Sitting is not even a behavior that constitutes sexual harassment, but coming here and getting a forum from GR 6.8 is a different story.
