So I have no idea at what instance I had combat logged in the server but I have proof of everytime I either disconnected or crashed if I can provide it. There is no report so I didnt get the chance to prove my innocence. I would like to ask to please leave this open upon reviewing so I can show my crash log or me disconnecting and trying to come back.

I did not get POV as my game has obviously crashed so I would just take a screenshot of my crash logs from windows. Here are the logs for both instances at their times.
