Hello Admin,


I would like to clarify that my POV is fully recorded with clear visuals. All my movements, actions, and interactions are visible in the video. However, due to a technical issue, the in game audio and voice chat were not recorded. This was not intentional it appears my recording software failed to capture system audio, and I was unaware of this during the recording. Going forward, I will double check my recording settings to ensure that all audio is included. This was an honest technical mistake. Please Forgive me for this mistake, I will never repeat this and follow the rules,
