i got ban for ER1.7 (family war)

I had a problem with my game recording program (Nvidia) and I don’t know why this problem happened and I hope you give me one last chance and reduce the ban because I am a leader in Family Hellkings and I want to go back to playing with my friends and have fun and enter the wonderful events of the server

I am asking for a lighter penalty for me only, and I am ready for any other penalty, and I am ready for PC check
I do not use anything that is not allowed It is clear in the video that I did not even install redux.

my pov :

It is clear in the video that I made sure that the game recording was running several times, but I do not know why this happened to me.

I hope you give me one last chance because I miss the server a lot and I want to return to the server again and play with my friends.

I promise you this will never happen again.
