Hello sir/Ma'am, I am Immortall Bachelor (168031) from EN2 server of grand RP. I recently posted a forum on my sudden IP Ban. I have been playing grand rp for few months now but yesterday when I tried to log into my account I have been prompted with IP BAN for Anticheat #1013 by Napal_Fedorov. I got reply to my forum as rejected that my account is not in ban. There is some misunderstanding as it is not my account that got BAN but it is my IP that is blocked permanently and even the date of Ban is before me joining the RP. I assure you that I havent done any rule breaks and there is some misunderstanding so I request you to please review my complaint and help me get back into RP city.
