The organization that is conducting the event: The Federal Investigation Bureau
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: illegal group of street racers desided to make a race from paleto to Ballas HQ law enforcement officers find out that inside the group there is wanted gang members
and planing on arresting them, Leo's will start at DOC then they will open a "checkpoint" at DOC highway to slow the Racers while Gang's don't know on that they will Race normally to Ballas HQ
Leo's Goal is to stop them fast as they can and to kill all of them even in Ballas HQ if needed, Gang's Goal is to Complete there Race or to kill the Leo's while Racing to the location.
Why this event: the event is unique and include special surprise for the Racers and combine Race with active shotout
through most of Los Santos
Other organizations involved: LEOs and Gangs
Vehicles/weapons needed: Assault Rifle Carbine & Armors, for Leo's police cars or juggler same with Gang's.
Admin Requirements: TP players, give weapons and ammo, and give armor, provide cars
Rules of the event: No Patching up other
How is the event won: if Leo's will kill all the Gang's and will mange to stop the Race they won, if Gang's will make it to Ballas HQ and killed the Leos Before or at the HQ they won.
Prize for the winner: $400,000 split between the winning team
