Hello, I would like to appeal the decision of higher up administrator.
Namely, I allegedly violated General Rule 6.23, otherwise known as Bug Abuse. In RolePlay situation, my game crashed and I rushed back to the game in order to continue my RolePlay, but I inadvertently caused a bug that healed me by coming back (just to clarify, the bug doesn't always happen, but just every once in a while, so I couldn't know if I would be healed) and instead of just continuing RolePlay, the player started to yell at me for "abusing a bug" and reported me.
The problem comes right there. Namely, I provided my crash log and it was rejected anyway. Afterwards, I made a complaint on administration, but the curator of administration, the same person that enforced my ban and respectfully banned me for 30 days (which makes me loose most of my assets) rejected my complaint and without explanation, just said "The penalty remains". I hope if you could help me out with this situation, I never leave the game during RP situation except when the game crashes and I always come back, because I respect RolePlay.
