a. Experience with Criminal and Stare Organizations
I have been part of many organizations including FIB,NG,SAHP,LSPD,GOVERNMENT,BLOODS,BALLAS,MARABUNTA AND FAMILIES as High Command. This gave me a deep understanding of how both sides work criminal and state, which I can use to lead the Bloods effectively and strategically.
b. The most active gang
The Bloods are currently the most active and influential gang in the city. That's exactly why I want to lead them to keep that energy alive, maintain our dominance
c . Loyalty and survival in a city
Leading the bloods is about more than just power its about survival in a city. it means controlling our turf, securing resources, and earning the loyalty of every member so we can stay on top and protect what's ours . I want to build a gang where every member has each others back and where no on dares to challenge us without consequences.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.I have been part of many organizations including FIB,NG,SAHP,LSPD,GOVERNMENT,BLOODS,BALLAS,MARABUNTA AND FAMILIES as High Command. Ad per ,my experience I have seen many of leaders not give proper bomuses and that's where member loss interset in doing activities for gang I will ensure that every member of my gang will get proper bomuses.
b. Unbiased and fairness
Promotions in the gang should only happen when a member is truly engaged and active in gang activities . I've seen many time where less skilled or inactive people get promoted over those who are actually skilled and dedicated, and in my opinion thats not fair. I believe in recognizing and rewarding the members who consistently contribute and prove their loyalty through action not just word
