2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


2.1) I have realized NG is a very crucial organization of the city. And because of rising number in gang activity other LEO organizations like FIB SAHP LSPD Needs Guns ammunition to protect the citizen so with my leadership skills and knowledge of the server and past experiences in LEOs I can make NG really improved which will help every organization in city.

2.2) I am playing Grand RP for more than 2 years and being a citizen i have gathered a lot of knowledge and information throughout my time. I have held high-ranking positions such as EMS Chief (EMS), Deputy Director (GOV), US Marshal (SAHP), TFO (LSPD), Black Ops in (FIB) and Major in (NG). I have been in all organization in the city learning and helping.

I understand well how this city and these organizations work. And I believe I can make it even better in every possible way. as a Leader of NG I will make sure every LEO orgs are getting their ammo supply in regular basis also the FZ base will be protected every time within the duty hours.

2.3) Why I Think Leadership is Best for me because I have seen many ups and downs. I have seen Great leaders leading front foot and then I have also seen leaders making Bad decisions while under pressure. We are all aware that this position is a fleeting one, I do not want the position for a pleasant history or to be better seen in the city, I want this position just for the sake of being with this organization and the wonderful people in it, I believe that this is the duty of any person who wants to be the leaders of any organization. To understand everyone, to be fair and at the end of each day and your term, to be satisfied with your work done correctly.

3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.

3.1) Will make sure that my HC team is made up of skilled and professional members to ensure everything runs smoothly and effectively. I will also ensure that HC support is always available to help anyone who needs it

3.2) Increase RP situations with lawyers and legislation. So, NG can actively have decisions, case files, warrants, proper documentation. plan to implement proper tests to assess the sufficiency and actual qualifications of High Command in a manner that only qualified persons will fill such key positions. In this way, we will understand who is actually qualified for a position and who will have to work towards improvement. I will challenge everyone to have a high level of professionalism,

3.3) I will organize joint training with other groups such as NG (SASD), LSPD (SWAT), FIB (SPEC OPS), and many others. In these training sessions, I will make strategic plans for any scenario, preparing our groups in a way that will allow them to effectively respond to any kind of crisis. Cooperation will become easier together, and our capabilities will become even better in protecting the city. All these things will have a significant change in raising the level of RP, with added realism and a more dynamic environment for all involved.

DEPARTMENTS:
Human Resources and Training:

This is the department upon which the building of all organizations relies. However, all my previous terms were lagged behind by a great number. However, in order to ensure that this does not happen again, I would try to assign the best team and ensure a large-sized bonus to keep them constantly occupied with their work and not slack off not only this but we will do a department check weekly so it can be flawless. Also, i would have my deputy personally working on this so we can make sure everything is working in its best shape.

Internal Affairs :
This department is very crucial; it ensures the best term, making sure corruption is not at work, and every officer fits their job. Making sure this department is running well, I would handle this department personally, alongside the District Attorney and IA officers. They will have a weekly schedule for each of their work, such as body cam checks, background checks, license checks, etc.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) :
This department would include the best knowledgeable and situation controller team. In a situation like the hostage case, store robbery, or street robbery, they would keep the citizens safe along with catching the criminal and destroying them with their tactics. Although this department did very well in previous terms, I would still conduct various trainings between NG, FIB, and SAHP to make sure they are always ready to move for a rapid course of action.
-----------Sub Division of SWAT:
Air Force: Air Force units have the task of flying every 5 minutes to keep an eye on any activity that is going on outside the base.
Military Police: They are responsible for checking backgrounds, searching licenses, and maintaining activity in the org.

Public Relations:
Since most of the time spent in this department is on my side, I know how much it means to the organization in terms of the relationship that has to be maintained with the citizenry and to ensure we finish all 25 events with ideas that will make the show interesting. Not only that, I have some new ways and new ideas that not only interest the participant but all of the citizens and help us look better.
