Rejected Stealing car in GZ / ID 35155

I parked my Bodhi on Burget Shot and sit inside my food truck checking my phone. And then there's a red notification pops out on my bottom right screen saying that someone trying to steal my car. I instantly get out from the truck and saw a guy squating and doing some animation right beside my car. I approach him and told him to go away he cant steal inside GZ. He doesnt respond at all not even a single word, he stopped for a while so i thought we good and im going back to my food truck because i dont want to lose my rental. Once i got back into the food truck he suddenly get inside my car Bodhi and drove away.
