Rejected BAN for GR 1.9 | Snow_Fury

Hello Admin and Support team of Grand RP EN3,

I got Banned for GR 1.9 rule.
The Rule says:- It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evading TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money) | Ban 60 days

And It is also mentioned when we sell/buy the property that should be market value of the house.

I think there is some missunderstanding and we got wrong punishment for GR 1.9

Explaination

I bought the house 498 with Garden and 5 GS in mirror park from auction at $18.050.000

Later i tried to sell the same house for more than $20.000.000. No one game me offer more than 16-18 Million.

(Chat with admin support: ME: I Bought the house for $18.05 Million Can i sell it for $19 Million. Admin: You shoul sell at Market Value. ME: It is the state value. Admin: If it the state value, you can sell it. )

Then i needed some money in urgent thats why i Sold the House 498 to Prince Valenciaga | 140961 for exact amount $19.050.000 which is More than the state value and Equal to Market Value and even more than the price i Bought for.

And Moreover I have not Given/Recieved any Free Money as a gift to/from this player from last 1-2 weeks.

We have tried our 100% to not to break any server rule of the server, and if there is misunderstanding from my side related to the rule. Please let me know in reply.

Please consider this appeal and try to understand our explaination that we have sold the house at Market value.
