I post this form in 6 July, 2025 ( because that's the day when the incident happen) and administration (Eshaan Wick) do this on consideration and ask this stranger whose id is 209740 to give his POV in 7 July, 2025. After 48 hours that stranger (209740) did not give his POV means failure to provide POV. After that administration (Eshaan Wick) did not punished him and that gang or gang member who is shooting outside from inside the circle.
