2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I have been in this organization for many months and i think I gained enough experience to lead this organization because i was head of Public Relations and my department was the most active department so I think i can lead this organization to be the most active organization and i think national guard is the one of the most prestigious organizations but most of the leaders fail to prove it and i want to prove to all organization that national guard is not only a source of ammunition.
2.2 I worked with state for nearly a year and worked my way up to high command. I have gained so much experience in the past few months and with my hard work and ability to improve the roleplay i will be always gaining new experience. I have never lead an organization as a leader. One more thing is, the last time i worked in NG as a Brigadier General. So I think now I can lead. I hope I can have a good relationship with every person in the city. I learned how to manage people well. My main aim is to continue this organization in the best possible way with the cooperation of all.
2.3 As I was there in NG for more than a month, I know how to co-operate with NG officials and make some prevention measures for everyone from breaking any rule of the system and create new opportunities for RP. Having deep connection to it sometimes make me think that if I became a leader I will make NG a stronger org and a supportive community for all .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 We will always maintain a good relationship with other state orgs and make the external relation always great. I will make sure that my employees are not being unprofessional to other state org members. I will focus to motivate my employees towards gate keeping and attending events as its necessary to keep the activity all time high.
3.2 I will happy them by doing work with me regularly and I will pay from my pocket money but will happy them so they happy to work not they say tomorrow after being HC saying I need to leave or need transfer I will try to make sure that they are happy working with me not sad and working for only money.
3.3 Most important if i get NG term so no favoritism & no corruption. And one more thing if i get chance will make NG the most active org.

- This Department will look out for the people who wants to join, hire them and give them training from basics.

- This Department will keep check on people, does the patrolling on base to look out for any illegal activities and will be guarding the gates while looking out for people doing FZ Raid.
Air Force (AF)
- This Department has people with good pilot skills so they can scout the base from above.
