we are fighting with some guys and they both started doing vdm to us

In this forum I got punishment for VDM but I didn't do this. In this forum 188143 did VDM but as you can see in my POV I didn't do VDM.
I rammed him with my car once but it was accident but the admin Charan Choudary gave me punishment for VDM
