1. Leader of:
EMS (Emergency Medical Services)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

• Strong Command Experience:

I may not have direct EMS experience yet, but I have served as a Commander (Rank 24) in the National Guard and as a Lieutenant in the USSS Government. Both these roles trained me to handle large teams, stay calm under pressure, and make quick decisions in critical situations. These skills are very useful for leading EMS, where teamwork and quick action can save lives.

• Passion for Helping People:
My main goal has always been to protect and help others — whether that’s defending the city in NG, ensuring security in USSS, or now wanting to save lives through EMS. Medical RP is a unique way to support the city and add more meaningful, realistic scenes to everyone’s roleplay.

• New Vision for EMS:
I know EMS sometimes struggles with low activity and lack of proper training. I want to change that. With my leadership background, I can build clear rules, active training, and a positive culture where every medic knows their duty and feels motivated to do their best. I want EMS to be respected, professional, and active at all times.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

Better Training for All Ranks:
I will introduce proper training for everyone — from basic patient care to emergency response. I’ll make sure everyone understands how to handle situations calmly and realistically.

Clear Roles and Duties:
Each rank will have clear tasks, like training new recruits, managing operations, or handling critical care. This keeps everyone active and gives members a chance to grow.

Respectful and Friendly Culture:
I will keep EMS a place where people feel welcome and heard. I believe in teamwork and clear communication — no one will be ignored or disrespected. If someone breaks this trust, they will face strict action, no matter their rank.
