2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1- I want to be the leader of a gang because I have experienced all organisations, LEOs, and gangs. Now I think I can lead an organisation myself. It will be a pleasure to serve as a leader in this awesome RP server and providing me with such an awesome opportunity. i know how to run and execute the situations smoothly with me being open to suggestions and learn from them through that i can assure My goal is to make Families one of the most active and dominant orgs in the city. i was the leading high command in many gangs some them being ballas and bloods in recent time i’ve been invested in gangs since very start of playing this project.
2- During my time with Grand RP, I have had the opportunity to experience both positive and negative forms of leadership. I have witnessed how ego, favoritism, and poor guidance can tear an organization to shreads and I have also seen the remarkable effects of coming together with a family for clarity, fairness, and respect that bonds people. I want to guide my members using my own experiences. I have a clear vision to complete 100% of this term
3- I’ve been in situations where I gave my 100%, but i still felt ignored and unappreciated. That feeling stays with you. That’s why I want to build a gang where every single member feels seen, respected, and trusted with real responsibility because everyone deserves a fair chance to grow and shine.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
No Toxicity with anyone.
Every member will follow RP Rules.
We will perform better Roleplay during any Hostage Situations, Store Robberies, and Gun Store Robberies.
We will attend every Event as well as Territory, Turf, Clands, and Battleship too.
I will make sure that every member uses RP Commands. We will not do same location for Store and gun store!
