People in the blood gang invite newcomers to the game. It doesn't matter if they know the rules or not, they invite everyone they come across. When we shoot at them, they always run to the headquarters, because we are in an active struggle, I could not get the IDs of some people.

In the first and second POV the players who ran into HQ their ID's aren't visible and are also two different situations
so its not mass rule break if u knew the id's just complaint against them
ID 28783 will be punished for running into HQ while getting shot / ghetto rule 1.6​
