2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have played actively in all gangs for years and have gained experience. I think Families is more noticeable than other gangs and wants more dominance. I think I can do this based on my years of experience as a deputy and HC.
- My 3 times as a deputy in the Families and many other things connected me to the Families. I have admired its color, location and appearance for years. With this admiration, I plan to successfully complete a beautiful term and become the most respected gang in the ghetto.
- I have planned and prepared everything to have a successful, crowded and appreciated term as a leader after many years in the Families where I was first deputy, just waiting for your approval.
- There will be a sweet competition between Families and other gangs and Leos. This will never ride on toxicity, I have watched the bad results of organizations riding on toxicity for years. We will always remember that our 1st rule is respect and server rules.
- Being a big fan of Families will increase my loyalty to the gang and will greatly increase the probability of a successful term finish.In some cases that I have been watching for a long time, there is a big demotivation when the leaders are not connected to the gang.This will never happen in my gang. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will try to solve a big problem that I have been watching for a long time in the gangs in this period.I will not give anyone more rank than they deserve for being too active. Our goal will always be to improve the RP. Only people with good RP knowledge and those who participate in gang activites will be able to rank up.
- I will always have an active HC staff ready to train newcomers to the city. It is going to be active 7/24.
- Likewise, there will be training audio channels and log rooms on mail (Families DC) No member will have direct access to my gang. First of all, the person who want to become a member will contact HC and answer questions all necessary questions. The roles of people joining and leaving will always be organized and noted via mail. Unfortunately, I have seen that some leaders only care about the activity in the gang and have undeserved rank/role and undisciplined HC staff. Discipline will always be at the forefront in my gang.
- I will keep my gang members happy by giving them extra bonuses and I will do my best to keep them active.I will not be late for rank promotions. I and my deputy staff will always be in touch with the members
- I will do my best to improve RP in Store Robbery and Hostage Situations.I have great ideas.I see the leos are trying to end the RP as soon as possible. I will try to prevent this and I have already made plans.
