Approved - GR 3.1 + 3.2 | 180930 this the forum for which I got 7 days ban where I write something in cc may be that was a wrong chat and Gen. Rule 3.1 is for ooc insulting as the proof he attached in not targeting him or any other person from city that may have written by mistake please consider this you can have check to my punishment history i always play by following all rules playing fairly not hurting anyone's feelings.
