Rejected Complaint about 2 players for VDM and RDM

I was normally selling my license plate and suddenly two strangers id 200541 And 161855 came and started hitting me with their car randomly one was of my family and other was unknown and at last the stranger 161855 started firing with gun at me for no reason please look into it
