Tommy LavieMane - the city’s most feared quad god was mid his daily cold-plunge, reflecting on how no one around him has earned a single rest day. This is when he decided to bless the public with a challenge: The Frog Hop Showdown. It’s not about frogs, it’s about proving you’re worthy to exist in the same timezone as Tommy. Participants will drop into frog position, race to the end of the track and back and the first to return gets a prize - not because they earned it, but because Tommy enjoys watching people sweat for his approval

The event is won by being the first to complete the frog-hop to the end of the track and back
