• Experienced Leadership: I served In EMS From Last 1 month and before 1 year ago also I have welled Experienced In EMS Which gave me a knowladge of How EMS work and gave me the experience Like Handling setuation, Managing Member of EMS, Complete my work as per it possiable and I Get know the Rules Of EMS.
• Passion for Medical RP: I have a deep passion for Medical RP Where I Experienced lots of things in the EMS and Helping people's in City and giving them mediacl Attentions and saving life of our all citizen in city where we communicate with outher citizens and making friends and I also get Experienced that how to handle the situation, How to Connted with other department and helping the Hostages from the Gangs.
• Rebuild & Raise Standards: EMS often lacks consistency I want to fix that. I'll Create a Strong Team For Nights to Cover Lobby and Helping people and make Strong Training System and Promote Active and responsible person at every Rank and Make EMS again respected pillar of the City.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
• Fixed Training Program: I Will Ensure that all FTO Giving there best to teach the Trainee and tell them if they have any doubt ensure to clear there doubt and make a strong Training team which help EMS Trainee to complete there trainee and continue there process to get experienced in EMS and make EMS Best organization In The City and also a respected Organization in City
• Defined Structure & Role-Based Responsibility: Rank is very important to continue there work in EMS Like ARO,FTO and other higher rank which give us more responsibility in EMS and we have to do our work as Proffisonal way and do it ASAP.
• Professional Culture & Open Communication: As a Leader of EMS I Ensure that no one will disrespect any employee and High command and do work as a team and clear there doubts from me also and i hardly respond in 12 hours and guaranteed. There will be no tolerance for rudeness, no matter the rank. EMS will be a positive, disciplined, and inclusive environment where teamwork is priority. If my this quality is tempered in my term the person will face serious consequences no matter rank.
