1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin and leave RP-life because i want to run things, organize things, help the community/organization, and i leave an RP life as i have lost interest, or want a new real world engagement, or simply feel they have outgrown the activity.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
I was in lspd and sahp rank tropper and i was the member of vagos and ballas.
3. What are your strengths?
My strengths are communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem solving, and critical thinking.
4. What are your weaknesses?
My greatest weakness is that sometimes i don't ask enough questions so instead of asking for help, i just sit and try to figure it out on my own.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I communicate with players verbally and in writing to understand the rules, issues, rule interpretations, and conflicts. I remain calm, respectful, and acknowledging that the difficult situations have been resolved while proposing rules and procedures going forward.
