Hello, Good Day. I was banned from the English 2 server on July 8, 2025. I was told I was banned for cheating, but I never use cheats. It's a redux with modified files. When I checked my computer, the admin saw it and said it was a cheater. I'm a very clean player and I love this game. I'm very upset about being banned. I have nothing else to do but play this game. I have about 3,300 hours in this game, and I want to get more of that time. Could you please lift my ban? I thought Redux was legal and since I didn't have any knowledge about cheats, I thought it was legal while downloading Redux. I am so sorry, could you please do something about this? I will especially have you check out Redux again. Good Day
