He decided that an administrator was right when he warned me for G.R. 6.15 which states "When you're outside of ghetto, you should engage in RolePlay before killing other player. For example, give your demands and cound 5 seconds for him to oblige, then if he doesn't oblige, you can kill him" The 5 second rule is just an example and G.R. 6.15 is there to preent players fro mrandomly killing each other, not to enforce 5 second rule as obligation (at least how I understood it). I was hired for assasination via Darknet and I think that the fact I took the job and came to him and killed him is enough to be considered RP engagement. If I was to count 5 seconds it would literally be "you have 5 seconds before I will start shooting you and you can do nothing to convince me otherwise" and that would be Unrealistic BEhaviour (UB) because in real life, there's no chance a real assasin would cound 5 seocnds instead of suprising you when you least expect it.
Please give me your opinion and please make administrators follow the rule as you describe it now, so no more misuderstandings happen and if 5 second rule is somehow neccessary, please hange the rule so it states it's like that.
