When killing this player we make attempts to rob him and when finding out he is FIB due to the ORG car he combat logs to avoid RP. ID 8014 broke the following rule 6.2 (warning) and 5.11 (verbal warning)

6.2 It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc.

5.11 LSPD / FIB / SAHP / NG / GOV / EMS employees cannot use official vehicles for personal use. | Verbal warning.

After reviewing I need the POV of this FIB agent to be sure his game didn't crash.
As for 5.11 it is possible he is undercover, but still 5.5 LSPD/SAHP/FIB could patrol ghetto if there are more than two special officers. | Verbal Warning he needs 2 officers.

to add, as i was robbed i could've went to my HQ as i had no guns and ammo or anything on me anymore as I was just robbed but i decided not to because I wanted to continue to RP
