2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I've had very good experiences in Turf Leader positions in this state, but also in others. I've never been outside of a gang on GrandRP, and I'm very familiar with the events and rules. I want to build an active and strong gang that participates in a lot of events and doesn't just hang around. I want to plan events with the other factions to boost everything from a RP perspective, and not just random car races to get a Warn away.
Another thing I want to change is the connection between family and gang. In my opinion, the two have nothing to do with each other, and if any family comes to us, they should respect us and not try to form any kind of alliance.
The gang will be everything to me, and I want to see the Bloods at the top. I want to promote RP and become the best Terorist Organisation.
2.2 It is important to me to organize events or activities where everyone can participate, e.g. FZ or to build up an RP thread you can also take hostages from other gangs, shop/ammunition robberies for the state organizations or the global events for civil servants, gang members or cops I've always been involved with gangs in my past, and capture so I am good at gang and want only 1 chance to prove my self in interview, I guess I will serve my best to this Server.
2.3 I've already gained a lot of experience in gang life, I've often served in various gangs as a high-ranking and Capture leader, I want to be able to promote gang roleplay as a leader and prove myself as a leader. Since I haven't really been able to do it the other times, I've never really been able to. Now I want to prove myself not just as a member, but as the leader of the Bloods and continue to lead this organization like the other leaders. I also want to demonstrate my skills and strategies and, of course, pass them on to the members.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 To build the gang and gain power over Los Santos. To launch numerous events to challenge the government organizations and the server in general. I also want to provide variety in the roleplay through new tactics at these events.
To discipline the gang members into a family without arguments and anger, so that we can accomplish anything together.
3.2 More activity at events,Greater visibility in front of other gangs and the state,Actively working with the entire crowd, engaging in gang-related activities or other activities, Raffles and payouts within the gang to keep it active. Many general events and state-sponsored activities are a focus (FZ, shop robberies, Ammus, etc.). Furthermore, participating in gang events like Informant and Clandistine is very important to me. I also want to help train good gang members and thus create a disciplined and determined gang. The goal of the gang is to make as much of a presence as possible.

Interviews now take place in groups, and these also vote at the end. The 8th Instructor is the leader, but the entire group decides whether the newcomer deserves a chance to ensure that prejudices don't become the reason for the Ballas to be blacklisted. I'm also currently working on a reward system that will reward active members at the end of the week. This reward system includes, among other things, heavy prize draws, which we then acquire from events.
We want to actively run Shop & Ammunition Robs to showcase the power of the Ballas.
At the beginning of the week, a weekly schedule will be created, which will primarily include the following:
Chicken, Spraying, FZ, Informant, and also Car Theft.
The general promotion of drug trafficking, arms trafficking, and pretty much everything illegal will also be part of the Ballas.

Priority target is the keeping Roleplay on the top.
