Why I Would Lead the National Guard?
I've been on the server for a while now and during that time I've slung my way through a number of different factions, legal and illegal. Every rank has given me something new to learn, and in total I have learned how this server works inside and out.
Let me give you a quick run down of my time here:
National Guard – Rank 27 LSPD – Rank 26 SAHP – Rank 22 Bloods, Rank 13 (as Deputy ) Marabunta rank As Deputy) Not even a set of ranks — these were command positions where I have taken charge and had to make decisions and establish trust in others. I have learned how to manage teams, handle stress and communicate with both seniors and with junior staff.
Leadership Approach
leadership isn't barking at people or taking charge — it's about building a team where everyone feels that they're important. I really do believe in showing up and participation. I follow up with people; help out when Ifthey need it, and ensure that no one gets left behind. A good unit, is one where all are reading off the same page — and have the other's back.
Structure and discipline are important, but so is morale. My intent is to strike a balance and create a place where people want to get better and are proud of what they do. If I’m in charge of the National Guard, that’s the kind of culture I’m going to have.
MY PLAN TO BETTER RP IN THE GUARD
Real Training that Matters I will implement real training programmes which will be managed by a special HR unit. These will be taught according to practical in-game skills and practical RP. These will encompass:
Formations and team play Gate & Checkpoint operation Joint operations with LSPD, SAHP and FIB Authentic RP situations to increase immersion and realism 2. Divisions With Purpose To add some structure to this chaos, and a little more fun to RP, I'll define internal departments - each with an RP value and role:
HR: Recruitment, onboarding and training-focused Military Police (MP): Base security, discipline too, rules enforcement SASD (Special Armed Services Division): High risk operations and tactical responses Air Force: Air support, transport, recon missions Public Relations (PR): Handles events, inter-org communication and raising the public image Final Thoughts
