Rejected RDM from a distance | 442389

while getting ready to decide what i wanted to do, i was parked outside my bunker when this player snip single shot me in the head from far and out of sight. then came up to steal my vehicle. i was not in a red zone nor did we have any interaction in general. cost me my life and now i have to pay a large amount to gov to get car back. Player name is Cassian Stroud 442389 happened around 1503-1505pm or so.

and will i be given back the money i have to spend to get my Coil 2.1mil out of penalty parking?
