I have been part of law enforcement in Grand RP for over a year. My experience in SAHP and LSPD taught me how a good department runs. I’m passionate about taking SAHP to the next level.
* Structured Leadership:
I believe in discipline and order. I want to bring a clear structure with weekly briefings, patrol logs, active units, and internal promotions based on merit.
* Community & RP Development:
Many players want serious RP. I want to offer a realistic and fun highway patrol experience with proper radio comms, traffic stops, and joint operations with FIB/LSPD to enhance overall RP quality.

- Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
- Implement regular RP training sessions (e.g. traffic stops, vehicle pursuits, use of force).
- Introduce a Strike & Reward system to motivate officers.
- Focus on realistic roleplay during chases and arrests. No unnecessary aggression.
- Encourage teamwork and professional communication.
- Host joint operations with other orgs to increase immersion.
