2 - Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
  • As what i seen on my eyes living in this city SAHP Was always A good place for new law enforcements , always was of my first org that i learned from it All what any unit want to learn it about this city from rules , to experience.

  • As a I was a previous Lawyer on goverment org I have a lot of experience in DOJ, and SAHP is one of the most LEO organization that gets sued, I want to help the people that join SAHP whether its newcomers or people that have experience to know the Law and how to protect themselves against lawsuits.

  • I was always moving trying to get experience from each org i got it from goverment to fib ,SAHP , LSPD .I always feel That the time is come to try another experience which is leading one of those orgs , And create a good environnement for work .

3 - Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Always With my work with the most orgs I feel The HR and The IA departement is The Best choice on every orgs by making them Having that much trust and responsibility , By making them the Most important departements on the Org because you can see a good Units also good environnement for work on every single one , . Ill also take part in this by making weekly events where any newcomer or anyone can come to SAHP and ask questions about the state or about SAHP itself.


5 - What innovative ideas or strategies do you propose to introduce into the organization to enhance its efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact?
As the Leader of SAHP, I would Make sure that all Our time in the organazation is organized We Need to have officers from each Shifft DAYSHIFT , NIGHTSHIFT. We need to make sure that everything at hq is going smooth as we have goodd units can help any citizen or Other orgs in any time they need us On . Also we must strengthen our relationships with The other organazations to make our interactions easier for everyone. Also Create a rotation system based on peak traffic times and crime data. Hosting public meetings with the government to discuss public concerns and improve transparency.
  1. Departements :

    - Traffic Enforcement Division (TED) : They would do more than towing cars, They would also be responsible to catch traffic violators and make sure everyone's following them. Keeping the highway safe and improving Role play in highways.

    - Internal Affairs (IA): In charge of monitoring everything in the organization and to spot people that are misusing power or trying to cheat the system. IA members will have to maintain professionalism and fairness to everyone in the orginisation.

    - Public Relations Department (PR) : Is responsible for organizing events, engaging with the public, and maintaining a positive relationship between the community and the SAHP. THeir primary mission is to promote transparency , professionalism, and public goodwill Through strategic outreach and impactful community initiatives

    - Special Weapons and tactics (SWAT) : Those people are The most good shooting units at org , They will Take the risk for The special Events and they will be always on the front of all.

    - Human Resources Department (HR): The most important department in SAHP, Those are the responsibal off Hiring and firing on the organazation and giving interviews and it will be small dep on it Her job is helping the newcomers to learn about SAHP and how it work ( Training ).
