2.Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?,
From the beginning, the Bloods Street Gang has been very close to my heart. I’ve gained a lot of experience and knowledge from the previous OGs and through holding high-command ranks in other gangs as well. These experiences have shaped me into a capable leader, and I believe I now have what it takes to lead this gang successfully.
I understand the responsibilities that come with leadership, and I’m confident in my ability to handle them. My strong understanding of server rules, along with my leadership skills, will allow me to manage the gang smoothly. I also have a very active and dedicated team that will help keep the gang engaged and active around the clock.
Since the day I joined the gang scene, I’ve been strict about following and teaching the rules. I make it a priority that every new member joining my gang knows the rules thoroughly. No one can join without proving their knowledge—each person must go through a short interview. If they answer one or two questions incorrectly, they won’t be allowed to join and will be blacklisted for a week.
Additionally, if any member breaks a rule IC, they will face penalties issued by the high command. Discipline, knowledge, and structure are what I bring to the table, and I’m ready to lead the Bloods with that mindset.
3.Your suggestions for improving roleplay in the organization:,
1.More Verbal and Immersive Roleplay:
Roleplay means stepping into a character's shoes and living that role authentically. To make RP more engaging, members of the organization should focus on verbal and interactive RP, creating and initiating more realistic scenarios. As a gang, we have a huge opportunity to bring dynamic RP to life. I have many creative plans in mind — from organized ammunition robberies where we confront law enforcement with hostages, to high-stakes store robberies involving high-ranking LSPD or FIB officials as hostages. These ideas are designed to take RP to the next level and make every interaction feel intense and immersive.
2.Conflict Resolution through RP, Not Support Tickets:
I believe not every gang conflict needs to end in war. Instead of escalating situations through OOC channels or support tickets, I aim to resolve issues IC with the OG or Vice OG of other gangs. This helps build tension and realism through RP instead of relying on external resolutions, which keeps the experience more fun and engaging for everyone involved.
3.Active Participation in City Events:
I also want my gang to be highly active in the city beyond just turf or violence. We’ll participate in as many events as possible — both gang-related and city-wide — to promote a stronger presence and help build the community. This includes contributing to server-wide RP and being recognized not just as a criminal group, but as RP creators.
4.Rewards and Internal Engagement:
I want to motivate and reward members within the gang. After successful events or operations, I plan to introduce performance-based bonuses — like rewarding the top shooter during clands, or giving bonuses to those who perform well in heists. I also plan to organize internal gang events such as arena tournaments or training sessions to keep things exciting and build team chemistry.
