(1.) Interest in Medical RP: I am highly interested in medical roleplay. I have worked in EMS before and I like assisting injured players, giving CPR, and conducting emergency scenes in a professional manner.
(2 .)Leadership & Experience: I have held high-level positions like [e.g., Surgeon, Deputy Head, etc.] in EMS. I know the hierarchy and role, and I feel I can lead and develop the organization well.
(3. ) Enhance RP Quality: I desire to increase the realism level in EMS. My aim is to introduce organized SOPs, have regular training, and make all medic members aware of how to deal with IC scenarios professionally.
Your tips for enhancing the RolePlay level within the organization
Regular Trainings: Holding weekly training sessions for both new and veteran members to educate them on proper medical procedures (CPR, treatment, radio comms, hospital RP).
Tight SOPs: Definite standard operating procedures for each case such as Code Red, Fire Rescue, and Mass Casualty Incidents.
IC Behavior & Discipline: Proper IC communication, uniforms, and chain of command following by each member.
Collaborative Events: Conduct combined emergency drills with LSPD, SAHP, and FIB to simulate real-world rescue missions and enhance inter-agency RP.
Performance-Based Promotion: Promotion will be activity-, RP quality-, and team-based – never on favoritism.
