My Dear respect admins

I am here to just post one thing and which is teasing me for a long time that i asked myself that am i not capable for any big roles like an Admin or a leader as i see i have been applied for Leader and admin role but my application was never got selected i am just curious to know that i am not capable for it ? or what is wrong with my applications are they copied or something .

All I’ve ever wanted is the opportunity to contribute more—to support GRP and serve the community and players in a meaningful way. I truly care about this place and the people in it, and I believe I have the dedication and heart to make a difference.

I will be really happy to see any honest reply on it i just want a chance to improve my skills and knowledge , Thank you for your precious time and reading my application ! :)
