2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been in the city for a long time, within these years I have seen a good amount of Organistations and Leaders.
I have seen loads of good things and bad things happen troughout terms and terms of being employed by multiple organisations in Los Santos.
So with my experience I think NG is the Single most important organisation in this City.
Without NG none of the law enforcing organisations (FIB, LSPD, SAHP) or protection force (USSS/DOC) will be able to do what they exsist for.
I also found that NG is underrated by other organisations and I want to change that. People should know what an important force this organisation is to this city
and that our soldiers should be proud men and women that put their life on the line on a daily base to protect and serve the uniforms NG holds for them.
I have been and always will be a person that shows respect towards anybody and i would like to make NG an respectfull place, non toxic but lethal when needed.
As general I want to improve the standards of the soldiers and give anybody a fair chance to improve themselves. No matter the Nationality, religion, sex or preferences.
No favoritism, No Racism, No illegal actions of any sorts at Fort Zancudo or anybody from NG.
I want the whole army to be a safe haven for anybody who likes to work hard in a friendly helpfull inviroment. I will make sure the rules will be strict and clear for anyone who
wants to be part of NG and we do everything by the book.
I will also try and seek for more roleplay opportunities to make the job a bit more varied.
To accomplish such an organisation I understand I need loyal and hard working people so I will always try and boost morale, a reachable general and a humble one.
So with this said, I want to give myself a mission to make National Guard a strict but respectfull organisation, who is not only there for the other Organisations but one that
is a safe enviroment for all people of Los Santos who are willing to serve.
The Departments of NG:
1. Specialized Armed Support Division (SASD):
The elite 1st responders, the soldiers on front line responding to all global calls and events. Lead by an experienced person in battle and
are specialised in all sorts of tactical warfare.
2. Human Resource & Training (HR&T):
The backbone of every organisation and most important department. Here is where the career starts, the refreshment training begins or even the selection of recruitments.
Lead by someone who knows the rules in and out and will personally handle the high quality of this departments trainine and its trainers
3. Military Police (MP):
The people who are making sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly.
All humans make mistakes or even missteps, the MP is lead by a strict HC who knows how it is to walk a thin line of being strict but fair and projects that way
to all other soldiers who join the Military Police
4. Air Force (AF):
The people who are responcible for scouting missions, overseeing convoys and transport of our beloved troops.
People who feel responcible for the well being of others by keeping our moving troops safe and keeping Fort Zancudo safe by doing frequent scouting missions
5. Public Relations (PR):
The people who will do events with the Citizens of Los Santos by interacting with events and prize winning tasks.
