While I was waiting to trade in a car, a man suddenly appeared and killed me. There should be no need for a pre-incident POV. Does the lack of pre-incident body camera recording affect whether the man who shot a man in the parking lot gets a sentence? I can't always walk around with my body camera recording on; I was able to turn it on after he was killed.
Considering whether the penalty for shooting in a green zone depends on the pre-incident period, the administrator told me that a week or two ago, I received a warning for a green zone violation for shooting a man who stole my car in a green zone. Regardless, this person killed someone in a green zone and should be punished. Give this forum some time, 181039. What is this person objecting to?
