abed was born in a narrow alley filled with trouble, where there was no space for dreams. He grew up between crumbling walls, watching people run from the law, their eyes filled with fear.

But the neighborhood was unforgiving. abed saw his friends get pulled into street gangs, choosing the easy way the way of theft and violence.

But when a gang leader offered him a large sum of money to ignore their Robbery. abed accepted it. That moment marked the beginning of a new path. Now, he operates in the shadows clean on paper dirty behind the scenes. He still wears the uniform but he works for himself. Money and power and silence became his new values. He helps criminals escapeing and sells secrets and chooses loyalty based on who pays more. But sometimes late at night he wonders if there is still a way back or if he is gone too far.
Outcomes:
1. abed can break state and city laws while on or off duty.
2. abed can refuse to show ID or lie about calling a lawyer to protect his identity.
3. abed can destroy bodycams (2x per day /try to find the bodycam per situation, followed by /do to distroy it).
