Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly, I have been in all the gangs and have experience in leadership roles. I will return to the city at the right time to take on the role of leader, as I am familiar with RP situations and ready for this kind of responsibility.
Secondly, I want to make Ballas an active organisation and give lower-ranking members opportunities that I didn't have when I was at the same level. Nowadays, lower-ranking members of your gang rarely participate in negotiations or rob anyone, so that's one reason why I'm applying: I want to give someone a chance to prove themselves.
The final reason I would like to lead this gang is to revitalise criminal organisations, as I have realised through observation that they are not as strong as they should be. If I become leader, criminal organisations will put pressure on legal organisations. This will ensure that legal organisations and other gangs are always on their toes. No one will be safe, and my gang will take over 100% of the territories in the ghetto.
What advice would you give for improving the roleplay level in the organisation?
I will keep my gang active so that they will be in RP at all times. I will achieve this by carrying out store robberies, highway robberies, FZ raids and hostage situations.
2. Respect each other within the organisation.
I will not allow rule-breaking and will teach them how to stay in character.
Respect the other organisations and ensure you do not cause toxicity to them.
