When noticing a car recklessly driving (drifting) past SAHP HQ, I quickly got in a patrol car and following them to a clothing store. They got out and got into the car and then engaged with the single occupant in the car (ID: 129442). While he was evading he drove around to a silo behind the train tracks, as he started to climb I tased him to the ground. At this point I started taking heavy fire from the rooftops from some people or person who were not involved in the RP situation.

I believe 318915 are involved in the following rule breaks.

1. Deathmatching (DM)

"Killing another person without a sufficient roleplay reason is not allowed."

• The rooftop shooters were not involved in the original pursuit or scene. Shooting a LEO without RP interaction or justification is clear DM.

2. Powergaming (PG)

"Forcing RP on others without fair chance; performing unrealistic acts."

• Coordinated ambush from rooftops without prior RP context or indication of involvement constitutes unfair, unrealistic gameplay.

3. General Rule 6.15 – RP Before Shooting (Outside Ghetto)

"Outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone."

• The area (silo/train tracks) is obviously not a Ghetto zone. The rooftop shooters did not issue demands or engage in RP before opening fire.

4. Metagaming (MG) (potentially, if they were contacted OOC to intervene)

"Using OOC info to gain IC advantage, including via Discord or other VoIP."

• If the shooters arrived or acted based on external (OOC) info, this is MG.
  
  There is potential 129442 is also related to the PG and MG. If it was indeed a planned ambush.
