Like you can see in this video a random guy came near us tried to kill my friend near the zone of informal vovka cleo tried to save our fam member and shoot him at the last second i shoot also but i shoot near him ,my ammo didnt go on him i dont think that this count as rdm. also when that guy come his voice didnt come to us so we cant know that he is a killer.

you can see that my ammo didnt go on him also he didnt put last id screen and i got punishment also i think this is wrong

Not Only RDM but ER 1.2 It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after | Warn
Any sort of Criminal activity shooting etc is forbidden before an event!
