Admin please have a look at overlays. He is not having proper overlay so he will be banned for under investigation.
Also Heavy shotgun is prohibited in events.

I hope Admins know their work and you don't need to teach them. Also weapons which are not allowed like the circumcised shotgun doesn't fire . But this comes from experience.
