Life Story:
Het was a lonely kid and had no parents; he lived in a box and didn't want anyone to take care of him. Het loved making money and wanted to make money for his own personal use so Het started robbing stores in his hometown called Bennington. Het was successful until one day he walked up to one store and he walked in — it was dark but lonely at 12 PM at night. He didn't know what was gonna happen since he had robbed this store before, but 2 years prior. He came up to the counter and demanded the money. He then got shot in the chest. He ran out the door bleeding and decided to go to one of the closest houses and demanded them to patch him up. He then was running all around town thinking on what to do. He then found a person who could get Het from Bennington to Los Santos. Het decided to give this person all of his money so he could go to Los Santos. Since Het was wanted by the police in Bennington, he needed to make money and decided to go through the ranks of the LSPD, FIB, and finally SAHP to lose the cops and make money.
Career Story:
Het arrived at the Los Santos Beach. He then wanted to make money so he could get a passport. He then found a Gang Leader who gave Het a fake passport — but it cost Het money. Het then decided to make a deal with the Gang Leader to join SAHP to make the money back and to get the Gang Leader any guns he wanted because Het came to him asking for stuff. Het then went through the ranks of LSPD, and every dollar he made, he gave it to the Gang Leader. Het then joined SAHP where he rose through the ranks and made millions, giving it all to the Gang Leader. He then decided that he needed to keep working for the LEOs and keep giving him money. Het then joined FIB where he kept making money, but not as much. However, the Gang Leader wanted more — he wanted guns and everything in the city, and decided that SAHP made more money for him. Het rejoined SAHP where he is now a Captain and proceeds to make millions and more guns than the Gang Leader can imagine. The Gang Leader loves that Het is making him money and weapons, and he takes it all from Het. Het takes his anger out on other people, and it gets out of hand sometimes.
Outcomes:
1.Het can deny/lie about calling an attorney for a suspect in his custody. He may also deny showing identification to protect his privacy.
2.Het can use illegal firearms and items (drugs, engine blockers) on/off duty that he found after fights through his victims or through his own personal purchases.
3.Het can partake in criminal activities alone or with his family (Killing/Robbing/Kidnapping/Torturing), following GR 6.16, 6.15, and GH 1.8.
4.Het can take bribes (up to 100k or equivalent value in illegal items/weaponry). He cannot take a bribe to be a hostage.
5.Het can sell/buy weapons on the black market (No organization weapons).
6.Het can remove stars and previously committed crimes from criminals for a bribe (up to 100k).
