HP is committed to introducing the Freedom of Expression and Anti-Provocation Act—a law that protects every citizen’s right to speak freely, including passionate language, while strictly prohibiting hate speech, incitement, and verbal abuse that threatens social peace.
2. Launch Mental Trauma Certification (MTC) for Legal Claims
We will introduce the MTC Process, ensuring all mental trauma claims in legal disputes are verified through certified EMS evaluations. This will prevent false accusations, protect real victims, and uphold fairness for everyone involved.

Our administration is focused on reducing delays in legal processes. We will streamline court procedures and eliminate unnecessary red tape to ensure every citizen receives timely and impartial justice.
