1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I've been on the server for about 2 year, And worked in many Org and Gangs In EN3,EN2 Also. I know the State rules and how the State Works I think I've. Enough Experience To join the Admin team And also wanted to know how the Admin team works. I also enjoy To Role-playing but i also want to enjoy As An Admin, As an administrator, I aim to help maintain a fair, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all players. I am committed to ensuring that server rules are upheld consistently, supporting new and existing player order to allow everyone to enjoy themselves and to have the server run smoothly. I believe my skills, experience, and understanding of the server's rules and culture can be better utilized in a staff Role. Transitioning from RP-life is not a decision I take lightly. However, I feel that becoming an admin is a natural next step for me.
2. What are your strengths?
- I Can be calm in Rage Situation And also can handle the situation calmly. I also make so much effort to well mentain the server and solve all the Problems. My standards are doing what's right and following the rules, I do think i can be a Fair and well Maintained admin I would be a strong Admin i do Promise i Would love to join the Admin team.
3. What are your weaknesses?
- At Some Points i do get nervous, I've Also became so impatience, Frustrated but i'm improving my self day by day. I acknowledge the importance of being more patient, And carefully think and take my Decisions, and pausing before acting, Specially in Hard situations.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- Due to my helpful personality and leadership skills, I am able to assist the admin staff by ensuring that all members abide by the rules, guiding others, and making the community environment welcoming. I can also assist by being familiar with the server rules and applying the experience I gained from being a member of several groups and communities. Due to this, I always get noticed for the chances that are presented to me.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
- Yes

- Yes So that time i joined grand role play i saw admins and there work they were so cool and Good so i also thought 1 day i will join the admin team as well but to join the admin's team you have to know many rules and experience as well so i started to work hard and i gained experience and gathered knowledge and after that i saw many of my org members became admin so i also thought its now my time to join admin team as well but when i read about the admin there was a problem you have to be 18 year old in real life but i am not but i love this job so much and i really want to join this job please if there is a chance please take me in the admin team i promise that i will be professional to my job and i will handle every situation calmly and professionally i promise that i will work hard and sincerely for this job i would love to join the admin team and it is really my dream.
